- Thank you for purchasing MultiMedia Trax.

- This is a collection of high quality Music Tracks. The files are in 44.1 stereo
- AIFF (Audio CD ready), 22k mono AIFF and 22k mono WAV. These sounds can be
- reformatted to suit your needs with sound editing tools (not included). There
- are several very good shareware and commercial sound editing packages on
- available both through dealers and on the Internet and on-line services.

- Windows 3.1 Tips
- Installation:
- -Insert the CD into your CD-ROM drive.
- -Select "Run" from the Program Manager's "File: Menu.
- -Type D:\INSTALL.EXE on the "Command Line" (if your CD-ROM drive letter is
- something other than D use that letter instead).
- -This will create a group and icons to launch MutliMedia Trax directly from
- Windows.
- Usage:
- -Double Click on the MultiMedia Trax group to open it.
- -Double Click on the MultiMedia Trax icon to launch the program.
- (You can bypass the startup animation by clicking the "Main Menu" button).
- -At the Main Menu click on button to access information about a particular
- track.
- -Click on the "Listen to Me" button to listen to the track.
- -Click the "Copy 22k mono WAV to Disk" or "Copy 44k Stereo AIFF to disk"
- buttons to copy the files to your hard drive. The default directory for the files
- to be copied to is C:\WINDOWS, if you need to copy them somewhere else then
- select "Change Destination Directory" which is found in the "Copy Parameters"
- menu and enter the complete path of where you want the files to be copied to.
- Note: A very good Windows shareware package is GoldWave which is available
- at

- Installation:
- -This CD takes advantage of the Windows 95 Autorun feature, all you need to do
- is insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
- -If you wish to install a program group for this CD:

- This CD require no installation, you may copy the MultiMedia Trax program to
- your hard drive for increased performance however.
- Usage:
- -Double click on the MM_Trax CD icon to open the CD.
- -Double Click on the MultiMedia Trax program icon to launch.
- (You can bypass the startup animation by clicking the "Main Menu" button).
- -At the Main Menu click on button to access information about a particular
- track.
- -Click on the "Listen to Me" button to listen to the track.
- -Click on the "Copy 44k Stereo to Disk" or "Copy 22k Mono to Disk" to copy the
- files to your hard drive. You will be given a standard Macintosh dialog box
- asking you where you wish to copy the files to.
- Note: a good shareware sound editing program is "SoundFactory" and is
- available on online services as well as the Internet.
